I'Mindful Leadership

I'Mindful's Leadership programs will transform your company. We offer programs both at our studio and at your location. The most common program our clients utilize is a 16-week beginner mindfulness program. This program includes on-site classes once a week, as well as studio memberships for your employees. During the 16-week course we cover topics such as: Introduction to Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Doing Vs. Being, Resilience, Purpose and Values.

Our programs will help increase job satisfaction and productivity while reducing stress. Our mindfulness sessions, and compassionate leadership programs train resilient, healthier, and happier employees. We work closely with your executive, human resource, wellness and well-being, or employee experience teams to increase emotional intelligence, stress resilience & mental well-being, as well as to reduce your company's costs related to stress, absenteeism and burnout.
