Maggie Good - Program Director Maggie's first serious encounter with yoga was when she decided to take a birthday trip in 2015 for herself and by herself and ended up at a yoga retreat in Mexico. From there, she went on to spending way too much time at the yoga studio trying to learn everything about this practice that had helped to flex her body and her mind and ended up completing her 200-hour yo ga teacher training. She has a passion for spending time with people and helping them recognize and tap into their potential (both on and off the mat!). Her favorite way of doing that is by listening, teaching yoga or getting donuts with you. Maggie also teaches yoga and meditation at the i'Mindful Studio.

Brittany Wallace - Yoga Instructor Hesitant to try yoga at first, Brittany kept hearing over and over "you’ll love the savasana part at the end!" Not even knowing what yoga was, she decided to learn and took her first class in 2013, and soon after the tension that she held in her jaw and in her lower back became less painful. She continued to take classes and began to enjoy the practice of focusing on her breath and moving without thought. Today, she is a Vinyasa 200hr Certified teacher. She focuses on the breath and incorporates mind work with into the physical movement. She understands that we all have challenges in our yoga practice, but that is what makes each of our stories unique.  She teaches because she wants to help others along their journey and teach them what it means to listen to their bodies. She experienced an injury to her lower back in 2015, which caused her a lot of pain and discomfort during her yoga practice. It was then that she discovered her love for restorative yoga. It taught her when to back off and how to modify poses. The quote, “How you practice on your mat reflects what you invite into your life,” has resonated with her in so many ways along her yoga journey. She looks forward to meeting people and helping them find what is right for their practice and body.

Laura Quinonez - Meditation Instructor Laura found meditation in the midst of her yoga practice. She never felt like she was the right "type" to meditate - always on the go and had something exciting going on that kept her from sitting still. However, once she started, she found that she kept coming back to the quiet over and over again. She finally found herself in training to teach meditation and is now able to offer students the same relaxation and focus she found in her practice.

Jaquita Ball - Art Instructor Jaquita likes to say her best artist statement about herself is “Paint in my hair, paint on my feet!”  She initially studied art at the University of Arkansas, earning a BA in Studio Art and Journalism. She has spent a large portion of her life as a senior executive in graphic arts, advertising, marketing and public relations, and non-profit foundation management, while still maintaining a career as a fine artist. Later, she honed her curating experience by completing a degree in Gallery Management in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Now she has settled into Bentonville, Arkansas, with a downtown art studio (Red Cat Art) and has narrowed her business clientele for marketing services to visual artists, all the while serving as Gallery Director of the Gallery at Midtown Associates in downtown Bentonville, Art Curator and Instructor for I’Mindful Studio, and licensing her art through HOWSE.  Proficient in landscape, figure and portrait subjects, plus wild and domesticated creatures, Jaquita utilizes traditional painting techniques in a decidedly contemporary, abstract, or fauvist style. While her subject matter remains timeless, she favors dramatic and yet intimate compositions.
